## About Nu10

Nu10 is an enterprise AI company founded in 2024 by Dr. Phaneender Aedla (Founder & CEO), Mohit Kataria (Co-Founder & CBO), and Gururaj Potnis (Co-Founder & COO). The company is headquartered across New York (Americas), Bangalore (Asia Pacific), and Riyadh (Middle East).

Nu10's core thesis: adding AI to an enterprise is no longer the hard problem. Designing an enterprise that AI can actually run is. Most AI platforms bolt intelligence onto existing structures. Nu10 starts from the other end — modelling the enterprise itself as software, so agents don't automate the old way of working. They execute a better one.

## PIE™ — Process Intelligence Enterprise

PIE™ is a new enterprise architecture for the agentic era, built from first principles. It introduces a two-environment model:

Existing enterprise architectures — from TOGAF to BPM suites to CRM platforms — were designed for deterministic software systems. PIE™ was designed from first principles assuming intelligent agents are native participants in enterprise execution, not capabilities added onto existing enterprise software.

- **PIE Studio** (Design Time): where the enterprise is modelled — processes, capabilities, policies, knowledge, analytics, and governance defined as software artefacts.
- **PIE Runtime** (Execution Time): where the modelled enterprise executes — intent resolution, orchestration, policy enforcement, capability invocation, and continuous improvement.

PIE™ is not a workflow automation tool, an MLOps platform, or an AI layer added to existing enterprise software. It is a purpose-built architectural substrate on which agents operate within a governed, semantically rich enterprise model.
