Dr. Phaneender Aedla is an entrepreneur, enterprise architect, and independent researcher working at the intersection of agentic AI, organisational design, and competitive strategy.

He is the founder and CEO of Nu10, the company behind PIE—an enterprise system for governing how agents, people, decisions, tools, data, and business operations work together.

His work is shaped by more than 26 years of experience across large-scale data, analytics, and enterprise technology platforms in financial services, healthcare, life sciences, energy, climate risk, and the public sector.

Dr. Aedla is also the originator of Scarcity Dynamics, an independent research programme examining how shifts in scarcity reshape competitive advantage, organisational adaptation, and enterprise design. The programme includes Scarcity Transfer Theory and Capability Liquidity Theory; it remains distinct from the commercial PIE platform.

He holds a Doctorate from SP Jain School of Global Management, Sydney; a PGPEM (MBA) from IIM Bangalore; and a B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Delhi.
